摘要
本文探讨了预测模型的遗传学意义,指出在回归模型中,中亲值主要用于估计基因的加性效应,双亲主成分差主要用于估计基因的非加性效应:双亲各主成分差对F_1性状的贡献并不相同。在讨论中,对本模型在理论和应用上存在的问题作了分析。
Genetic significancy of the model was discussed in this paper. The result of the expriments showed that the midparent value mainly evaluates the additive effects,and the subtrahend of the principal component between two parents mainly evaluates the non-additive effects in the model.Contributions of each principal component subtrahend of two parents to F1 measure are different. The problem related to the model in theory and practice were analysed.
