摘要
网络时代图书馆的社会职能本质特征发生了演变,并具有显著的时代特征。其演变表现在收藏职能的扩大化,整序职能的集约化,教育职能的开放化。
The article expound that social function of library have taken place evolve base on its innate character at network times,which has remarkable era feature:For example,the collection function broden the scope, the reorganize function assemble the education function open to the public.
