摘要
本文介绍Biochrom专用自动氨基酸分析系统的组成。该系统是目前中国市场上唯一获美国FDA豁免验证并符合联邦药物、食品和化妆品条款510(k)的氨基酸分析系统,已与国际接轨。
Biochrom is only dedicated amino acid analyzer which is complied with the 510(k) of the Federal food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of FDA in China market. Biochrom dedicated amino acid analyaer is bundled with different chemical kits and columns to suit the needs of different applications: 1. Biochrom 30 Physiologicao fluid/Lithium system is specialized in the detection of free amino acids such as phenylalanine in PKU diagnosis and amino acids fingerprints for red wines,fruit juices,etc.2.Biochrom 31 protein hydrolysates/sodium system can be used for amino acid analysis in feedstuff and cereal products 3, Biochrom 32 oxidized protein hydrolyusates system is commonly used in the sulphur containing amino acids such as methionine which are mostly unstable during hydrolysis and will be oxidized before.
