摘要
提出用离子色谱法定性和定量测定单氟磷酸钠(MFP)的含量的分析方法。详细考察分离单氟磷酸钠和游离氟的实验条件,通过对已知单氟磷酸钠和游离氟含量的单氟磷酸钠标样的测定,可一次性快速,简单地测定单氮磷酸钠样品中单氮磷酸钠、游离氟含量。标准曲线的相关系数为r=0.9993 ; 对同一样品进行6次平行测定,得到相对标准偏差为RSD=0.9％。与国标法和重量法相比,此法具有快速、简便和精密度高等优点。
A method for qualitative and quantitative determination of sodium monofluorophosphate by ion chromatography was developed. Simultaneous determination of monofluorophosphate and free fluorine was achieved with simple aqueous standard calibration. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9993. TheRSD for six repetitive determinations was 0.9% .The advantages of the present method over the national standard method and the gravimetric method are its simplicity high speed and excellent precisions.
