摘要
目的 探讨先天性胆管囊肿手术切除时若干具体问题的处理方法。方法 回顾分析 1 995年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 4月1 3例胆管囊肿手术治疗情况。结果 胆总管囊肿与空肠侧侧吻合 2例 ,胆总管囊肿切除肝总管空肠 Roux- en- Y吻合 9例 ,1例右肝后叶切除 ,右肝管胆肠 Roux- en- Y吻合 ,1例肝总管囊肿大部切除 ,残余囊壁空肠 Roux- en- Y吻合。
Objective To choose the suitable operative methods or handling ways for congenital choledochal cyst.Methods The data from 13 cases with choledochal cyst who underwent the operation from Jan 1995 to Apr 2002 were studied retrospectively.Results 2 cases with choledochocyst jejunostomy,9 cases with a complete resection to choledochoal cyst and a Roux en Y hepatojejunostomy.1 case with right posterior hepatic lobectomy and a Roux en Y hepatojejunostomy.A large portion of 1 case with hepatic choledochal cyst was removed,and the residual wall of the cyst was given a cyst jejunostomy.Conclusion Correct operative method is helpful to ensure the operation and to prevent the complications.
