摘要
采用微型计算机和同步光谱联用技术,可以不经过预分离而直接测定环境样品中的致癌性多环芳烃.该方法简便、快速、灵敏,最低检测限可达5x10^(-10)g,线性范围至少三个数量级,测定结果和常规的高效液相色谱法的结果相比两者不超过20%,但测定一个样品的时间由原来一小时缩短为几分钟,而且易于实现仪器化.
A rapid method for determining carcinogens polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in environmental samples using the micro-computer coupled synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy has been developed without preseparation.It is simple,rapid and sensitive.The minimum detective limit is about 5x10^(-10) g,and the linear range is at least three orders of magnitudes.The results obtained with this method are comparable those with high performence liquid chromatography (HPLC).It only takes few minites to do the analysis of a sample by this method,which almost one hour is needed by HPLC.Their average relative deviation is less than±20%.It is possible to carry easily out the automatization.
