摘要
本研究报告提出用化学模式识别星座图技术评价中药威灵仙质量的要点。进行了下列实验、计算和绘图表示工作:(1)对用形态学方法鉴定过的威灵仙20个不同样品的硅烷化萃取物进行了气相色谱分析;(2)以抗炎活性为质量指标,对诸样品的色谱峰进行变最(特征)选择;(3)在一个半圆上,把诸样品变量的途径标绘到它们的模式点以进行聚类分析。本报告展示了采用化学模式识别技术评价中药质量的远景。
This report outlines the quality assessment of the Chinese traditional medicine weilingxian (the roots of clematis) by chemical pattern recognition with constellation-graphing technique. The following experiments, computation and graphical representation were undertaken: (1) Gas chromatographic analysis of silylanized extracts of 20 different weilingxian samples identified by morphological methods. (2) Selection of variables (features) from the chromatographic peaks of the samples, using the SIMCA method and taking anti-inflammatory activity as the the quality index. (3) Plotting variable paths of the samples to their pattern points (stars) to compose constellations on a semi-circle and performing cluster analysis.The promising future of adopting chemical pattern recognition as a general method of assessing Chinese traditional medicines is demonstrated.
