摘要
用不同浓度的氯化高汞溶液分别处理洋葱根尖6、18、24h,通过常规染色体压片技术,观察洋葱根尖细胞有丝分裂.结果表明,氯化高汞溶液浓度的增大及处理时间的加长,细胞的增殖率降低.同时还观察到各种异常现象:如滞后染色体、染色体桥、染色体断片等.
Different concentrating Hg2+ were used separately to treat the root tip of onion 6?18?24 h,pass rule chromosome press part technology,survey the mitosis of root tip cells of onion. The result shows that,with a bigger consistency and time,more effect on the mitosis of root tip of onion.Meanwhileduring the study ,there are several unusualappearance:for example,lasted chromosome,chromosome bridge multiple polarization and chromosome part,and so on.
