摘要
如何实现生态环境和农业经济的优化持续发展,是干旱地区所要解决的重要问题。张掖地区不仅水资源日趋短缺,生态环境逐年恶化,而且农产品出现区域性过剩,粮食生产已无明显的优势可言。这就要求完全突破原来商品粮基地建设的老思路,以市场为导向,立足当地资源优势,积极调整农业结构。文章在经过大量分析的基础上,认为张掖地区不仅具有发展草产业的潜在的自然优势和广阔的市场前景。而且发展草业生产对充分利用当地资源优势,改善生态环境,增加农民收具有重要的现实意义。因此,大力发展草产业应成为张掖地区农业结构调整的重要举措和必然选择。
The beneficial and sustainable development of eco - environment and agricultural economy is an important problem to be resolved in the arid area. In Zhangye region, there exist not only the problems of the water shortage and year after year of environment deterioration, but also the regional surplus of agricultural products and disadvantage of grain growing. So the antiquated thinking of constructing marketable grain base has to be changed to regulate the agricultural structure actively according to the guidance of market and based on the superiority of local recourses. Based on plenty of analysis, it is proposed that the region has the potential natural advantages and promising market prospect, and to develop grass industry has an important practical meaning for taking the advantage of the local resources,improving the eco-environment and increasing the peasants' incoming. Thereby, to develop the grass estate greatly should become a considerable action and a necessary choice of the a-gricultural structure adjustment of Zhangye region.
