摘要
目的 探讨中药复明眼液对兔晶状体上皮细胞 (lensepithelialcells,LEC)凋亡的影响。方法 采用H2 O2 诱导体外培养的兔LEC ,用SOD超微量快速测定和TBA荧光法分别检测不同浓度的复明眼液对兔LEC的超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismulase,SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物 (lipidperoxide ,LPO)含量的影响。结果 终浓度 40 0 μg/ml、 80 0 μg/ml复明眼液可明显降解兔LEC的LPO含量。结论 一定浓度的复明眼液具有提高兔LEC抗氧化作用的能力。保护兔LEC免受氧化损伤的作用 ,防止兔LEC发生凋亡。
OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumingyanye(复明眼液) on protection to apoptotic in rabbit lens epithelial cells (LEC). METHODS The rabbit lens epithelial cells cultured and induced by H 2O 2 were applied. The effects of various concentration fumingyanye on superoxide dismulase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxide(LPO)content were detected. RESULTS Content of LPO increased in the apoptotic cells with a final concentration of 250μmol/L and 400μmol/L.CONCLUSION Fumingyanye of various concentration can improve the antixoda tive ability of rabbit LEC, and protect them from oxidative damage and final apoptosis.
