摘要
介绍了利用纳米级陶瓷粉作为抗茵剂对纯棉织物进行抗菌整理的工艺以及处理后织物的抗菌性能。将抗菌剂、粘合剂、分散剂和水以一定比例配制成抗菌整理液,利用正交设计方法对织物进行抗菌整理,并对整理后的织物进行抗菌效力实验。结果表明:整理后的抗菌织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌具有较好的抑制作用,对真菌不具有抑制作用,且抗菌织物的耐洗涤性良好。
The anti-bacterial finishing process of pure cotton fabric with nano-ceramics as anti-bacterial agent and anti-bacterial property of the fabric treated are briefly introduced. We make use of certain ratio of anti-bacterial, bonding agent,dispersing agent and water to produce anti-bacterial finishing solution and treat fabric according to the method of orthogonal test,and conduct experiments of anti-bacterial effect. Results show that the fabric treated by anti-bacterial finish has a strong nhibitory to such bacteria as colon bacillus and staphylococcus aureus.but no resistance to fungus,and it has good washing resistance.
