橡胶硫化过程智能控制系统由过程数据库、模型库和知识库组成,充分利用计算机的丰富软、硬件资源,根据实测橡胶性能与硫化时间的关系,采用曲线拟合、运用经验公式及其参数估计递推法,在 PC 机上实现优化控制。
An intelligent control system for vulcanization processing is described.The intelligent control system consists of a process data base,a model base and a knowledge base.According to the relationship between the rubber properties and the vulcanization time measured and with the empirical formulae and the recurrence method of parameter estimation,optimal control has been realized with an PC computer.
