摘要
社会适应是人们现实生活中一种重要的社会心理现象。社会适应可以从其心理机制、心理结构、心理功能三个方面来考察。心理机制包括适应过程和适应方式 ,心理结构包括心理优势感、心理能量、人际适应性和心理弹性四个维度 。
Social adaptation is an important phenomenon of social mind in actual life. Social adaptation can be analyzed into three components including mental mechanism, structure and function. Mental mechanism comprises adaptation process and ways; mental structure consists of mental dominance, mental energy, interpersonal adaptation and mental resilience; and mental function aims at essential and standard of adaptation state.
