摘要
企业流程再造是以信息技术为依托,充分发挥创新作用,对现有企业流程彻底地重新设计,以期获得巨大的性能改善。本文针对企业实施BPR风险性高,成功率低的情况,而且内部条件的优劣很难定量的评价,通过应用多级广义模糊综合评判理论对企业的内部条件进行综合评价研究,以解决企业实施流程再造过程中的问题,帮助企业实施流程再造的最佳机会。
Based on the information technology,and with the creative role it plays,business process reengineering is the redesign of business process. Aimed at the high risk and low success rate for the enterprise to implement BPR, the paper discusses the internal condition of the interprise by multilevel fuzzy synthetically theory,so that it can solve the problem in the course of the implement and helps the enterprise find the best opportunity in the implement of BPR.
