摘要
二值图像的压缩问题是一项有着广泛应用背景的重要课题.本文在给出已有的自适应的WBS压缩方法的基础上,讨论了提高它的时间复杂性和改进压缩比的若干理论问题.然后,针对一些应用问题,进一步讨论了改进压缩比的若干方法,包括与滤波算子的结合、图像序列的利用以及用特征图来代替原图.
Abstract:The compression of two-tone images is an important topic with wide application.Based on existent adaptive WBS approach,two schemes about updating its time complexity and compression ratio are discussed in this paper.Corresponding to some application problems,other practical advanced schemes are presented,such as,combining compression with filter operators,utilizing image sequences and replacing original image with featural pictures.
