摘要
组织工程骨血管化的问题是制约构建大块组织工程骨的一个重要方面 ,迫切需要在材料中构建血管网给种子细胞传输营养物质、氧气和调控因子。血管化可明显促进新生骨的形成 ,材料的性能和三维结构对血管形成有很大的影响 ,成骨细胞和血管内皮细胞共同培养时可以相互促进生长 ,多种细胞因子可以刺激血管的生长并且起协同作用。
Nowadays the vascularization of Tissue Engineering(TE) bone is a obstacle of the development of large size TE bone.It's urgent to construct a blood vessel in TH bone to transport nutrition,oxygen and cell factors.The vascular ization can promote the formation of new bone.The characteristics and construction of matrix materials effect the vascularization,Co culture of osteoblasts and vascular endotheliums has better result than single culture of each kind of cells.Some kinds of cell factors can stimulate the vascualrization and have synergistic actions.Some different methods,such as co culture,vascular pedicle and microfabrication,are on the way to meet the aim of vascularization of TH bone.
