摘要
使用新型快速血糖仪测定 10 8例次糖尿病患者的毛细血管血糖 (CBG)时 ,以氧化酶法检测的静脉血清血糖 (VSG)作为对照。对比研究后发现 :从整体上看 ,2组测定结果无显著性差异 ,VSG较CBG高 ( 2 0 7± 10 35 ) % ,CBG可高或低于VSG。而当VSG >6 1后 ,各水平段CBG均低于VSG ,它们之间均有显著相关性 ,r值在 0 85~ 0 89,皆P <0 0 5。血糖仪重复性测试CV值较小 ,精密度较高。误差表格分析显示 96 2 4 %的数据在可接收的A、B区。故使用新型快速血糖仪检测CBG简便、快速、准确且需血量少 ,用其进行血糖监测临床可信度较高 ,易于病人接收和使用 。
Capillary blood glucose (CBG) of 108 diabetes patients were measured by Glucotrend blood glucose meter, and venous serum glucose (VSG) of the same patients were measured as well by oxygenation method as control. Comparison study showed there was no significant difference between CBG and VSG on the whole, and VSG was higher 2 07% than CBG, the correlation between those two methods was significant. Among the 5 sub groups, when VSG levels <6 1 mmol/L,CBG showed either higher of lower than VSG; when VSG >6 1mmol/L, CBG showed either higher or lower than VSG; when VSG >6 1mmol/L, CBG at all level was lower than VSG ( P >0 05), and r value was between 0 85 to 0 89 ( P<0 05) . Reliabilty test of the blood showed a low CV value and high accuracy. Error Table analysis demonstrated 96 24% of the data were in the acceptable A and B. We could conclude that as a clinical method, CBG monitoring by novel blood glucose meter was simple, quick, precise, reliable and need very small amount blood. It's of high clinical reliability and easy to be accepted by the patients, and also the social value of this technology is remarkable.
