摘要
国有企业人才流失现象有其必然性和合理性,其主要原因是人事管理、观念、用人原则的问题。留住人才,要按照市场规律尊重人才、调动年轻人的积极性、加大培训力度。
The problem of brain drain existed in state - owned enterprises has its necessity and rationality. It results from the problems of personel management, ideas and principles. If employers want to prevent brain drain problem, talented employees should be greatly respected and play an important part in enterprises.
