摘要
本文讨论了植物细胞内活性氧的作用 ,抗氧化系统的组成以及在重金属胁迫下 ,活性氧与抗化系统之间的关系。正常情况下 ,细胞内的活性氧与抗氧化系统之间保持着平衡 ,当植物处于重金属胁迫时势必打破活性氧清除与产生之间的平衡 ,造成活性氧分子向积累方向推进 ,对植物产生严重的伤害。其中包括重金属对植物生长发育、细胞分裂、细胞膜透性、细胞生理变化等的伤害效应。
