摘要
综述了生物技术时代食品工业呈现的新特点,认为生物技术将影响食品工业的整个产业链并改善食品品质和加工特性,包括对食品加工原料的影响、对食品加工工艺的影响,改善食品营养成分,并列举了生物技术在食品工业中的广泛应用。
The new characteristics of food industry in technology time have been summarized.According to the characteristics,it is pointed that the technology will affect the whole food processing procedure as well as improve the quality and processing methods of food,including processed materials,processing techniques and improving nutritious consistents.Then,the wide use of the technology in food industry is listed.
