摘要
利用常规组织学方法,观察了4只东方白鹳脾和胸腺的组织结构。脾的白髓内淋巴小结数量较多,生发中心明显,脾索排列紧密,脾窦多不明显,鞘动脉丰富,网状纤维发达。胸腺被膜和实质内的结缔组织间隔发达,实质不发达,胸腺小叶内皮质与髓质分界不明显。东方白鹳脾和胸腺的组织结构与家禽类比较有不同的特点。
The microstructure of the spleen and thymus on the 4 Oriental White Stork has been observed by means of common histological methods. There are more lymphatic nodules in the white pulp of spleen and the germinal center is obvious. There are a lot of sheathed artery and reticular fibers. The splenetic cords are arranged in compact. Most of the spleen sinus are not obvious or as the narrow fracture. The capsula of the thymus is thick and the connective tissue of the capsula extends into the thymus. The line of demarcation between the cortex and medulary substance of thymus lobules is not obvious. There are some differences on the histological structure of the spleen and thymus between the Oriental White Stork and the Fowl.
