摘要
项目融资是一项难度很高、专业性极强的国际融资方式,也是一种更具风险的新型大规模融资方式,其风险有多种表现形式,如政治风险、环境风险、开发与建设风险、管理风险、市场风险、财务风险等。分析研究项目融资的诸多风险及防范风险的具体措施,有利于更好地利用项目融资。
Circulating necessary funds is an international circulating way of which is very difficult and highly specialized and it is a new largescale one as well.The risk has diverse forms of performance such as political risk,environmental risk,opening and building risk,managemental risk,market risk and financial risk.Analysing and studying the risks of circulating necessary funds for projects and the concrete countermeasures to take precautions against risks is beneficial to better use of it.
