摘要
台湾地区高新技术产业的发展始于 2 0世纪 80年代 ,在其 2 0多年的发展过程中 ,采取了政府先导、民营为主的发展模式 ;通过政府扶持 ,合理设置科学工业园区 ,吸纳海外人才和建立有效的风险投资机制 ,台湾地区高新技术产业的发展取得了较大的成绩 ;但同时也出现了一些问题 ,如高新技术产业内部发展不平衡 ,对外依赖性强 ,研发投入不足等。台湾地区在高新技术产业发展方面积累的经验对内地大力发展高新技术产业、全面建设小康社会、最终完成工业化和实现现代化有一定的借鉴意义。
From 1980s, the government of Taiwan Region began to develop its high-tech industry. The pattern that the government is forerunner and private enterprises are mainly as operators of the development in high-tech industry was shaped. During the latest 20 years, with the help of the government, Taiwan Region has made great achievements in high-tech industry. Meanwhile, some problems have also been come forth, such as not counterpoise of interior industries , dependence tightly on the technology of other countries' and so on. It is very important to build a well-off society in an all-round way, realize industrialization and modernization, and develop high-tech industry. Taiwan's developing experience in high-tech industry is worthy of using to reference.
