二氧化硅共沉淀对食品重金属铅测定的干扰分析 被引量:1

摘要 讨论了二氧化硅沉淀对食品痕量铅测定的干扰问题,结果表明:在酸性条件下,样品消化液中析出的二氧化硅沉淀与痕量铅产生共沉淀作用,影响铅测定结果的准确性.调整试验方法后,可有效消除二氧化硅沉淀对测定的干扰,对国家标准物质(GBW07605)茶叶进行分析测试,其准确度达(100±5)%. This paper discussed the interference of SiO2 coprecipitation in determination of heavy metal Pb in foodstuff. The results showed that under acidic condition, the SiO2 from the samples solution can coprecipitate with the trace Pb, affecting the accuracy of determination; but when the experimental method was improved, the interference of SiO2 coprecipitation in determination of Pb can be effectively avoided, and a determination to the sample tea (meet national standard GBW07605) can also reach the accuracy of (100±5)%.
