摘要
讨论了二氧化硅沉淀对食品痕量铅测定的干扰问题,结果表明:在酸性条件下,样品消化液中析出的二氧化硅沉淀与痕量铅产生共沉淀作用,影响铅测定结果的准确性.调整试验方法后,可有效消除二氧化硅沉淀对测定的干扰,对国家标准物质(GBW07605)茶叶进行分析测试,其准确度达(100±5)%.
This paper discussed the interference of SiO2 coprecipitation in determination of heavy metal Pb in foodstuff. The results showed that under acidic condition, the SiO2 from the samples solution can coprecipitate with the trace Pb, affecting the accuracy of determination; but when the experimental method was improved, the interference of SiO2 coprecipitation in determination of Pb can be effectively avoided, and a determination to the sample tea (meet national standard GBW07605) can also reach the accuracy of (100±5)%.
