摘要
主要介绍了UGⅡ CAD/CAM软件在大型汽轮机低压转子数控自动编程上的应用,并从模型的建立、数控编程、点位程序模拟仿真、后置处理的设定、加工程序的生成等几个方面上作了详细的分析。通过实际应用,数控自动编程不仅大大地节省了计算工作量,而且也完全避免了手工编程的出错率,提高了加工质量和加快了生产周期。
The application of UGII-CAD/CAM software for nu me rical-control automatic programming of large turbine LP rotor is mainly introdu ced , and the analysis for several facets of Modeling, numerical control program ming, analog simulation to point orientation program, post processing's enactmen t and creation of program is given in detail. The practice shows that NC automat ic programming can not only reduce the calculation time, but also completely avo id the mistake of manual programming so that the machining quality is improved a nd the production period is shortened.
