摘要
目的 :对研制的氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷材料的生物学性能进行初步评估。方法 :采用体外生物学实验方法 ,对研制的氧化铝及VitInceramAlumina的溶血度进行检测。结果 :两种材料的溶血度分别为 0 735 %、 0 4 4 1% ,均低于5 0 %。结论 :两种陶瓷材料均不会发生溶血 。
Objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility of glass infiltrated alumina ceramics.Methods:In vitro biological test was used to exam the hemolysis of alumia and Vita IN-ceram Alumina.Results:The hemolysis of alumina and Vita In-ceram Alumina were 0 735%and 0 441%,respectively,which was lower than 5%.Conclusion:Both kinds of ceramics do not result in hemolysis so they are considered tentatively to have good biocompatibility.
