摘要
传输线上有限跃变速率信号经非线性电阻边界反射后,其反射波边沿形状会发生畸变。本文给出求这种畸变的图解方法,说明了TTL非线性输入特性对反射波形的影响;求出了ECL射极跟随的截止所引起的反射波形畸变,它与有关文献中用其它方法求得的结果是一致的,且更简单有效。
When reflection occurs on a transmission line terminated with a non-linear resistor, an edge distortion of the reflected voltage waveform of the signal with limited slopes will take place due to the non-linear resistor. In this paper, the graphic method showing the distorton is derived. The effect of TTL's non-linear input characteristics on the reflected waveform is illustrated. The distortion of the reflected voltage waveform, turning off the output transistor of ECL,is acquired. Our results are coincident with those using other methods, and our method is more simple and effecient.
