摘要
本文介绍了一个将专家系统和黑板模型用于工程设计的智能CAD系统,认为设计过程是决定设计变量和它们之间相互关系的过程。提出了一个通过黑板模型组织协调各知识元操作的新的工程设计思想。这种黑板模型的应用可使系统随不同领域的用户以模型的形式进一步扩充和开发。该系统具有如下特点:(1)灵活的建模和修改功能,(2)支持再设计的设计思想,(3)数值计算与图形功能相结合, (4)对设计过程能够进行有效的诊断。本文利用该系统解决了注射模初始设计的问题。
An expert system is developed for engineering design using a blakboard model. The design process is understood as determining design variables and their relationships which compose the design model. A new engineering design approach is proposed relying on the co-operation between multi-knowledge sources through a black-board model. The system provides the following abilities: (1) flexible model building and easy modification. (2). supporting methods for redesign. (3) a hybrid function with numerical computations and graphics. (4) effective diagnosis of the design process, and is applied to the initial design of the injection mold design.
