摘要
本文从科技协调、科技推广、科技攻关及科技监督体系等方面阐明了建立退耕还林科技保障体系的途径 ,对贯彻落实国家方针、政策 ,稳步推进退耕还林 (草 ) 。
This paper has elucidated the way for establishment of scientific and technical system of converting the land for forestry from aspects of scientific and technical guarantee, coordination, popularization, difficulty-attack and supervision etc. To certain degree, it has certain significant for us to carrying out and fulfilling national principle and policy, steadily push forward converting the land for forestry (grass) and realize sustainable development.
