摘要
以培氟沙星与硝酸汞配合比为 2∶1的配位化合物作为电活性物质 ,研制了汞离子 培氟沙星修饰碳糊电极 ,得到了良好的电极响应曲线 ,响应斜率为 35 .8mV·pC- 1,线性范围达 4个数量级 ,检出限为 1.0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1。常见无机离子和一些吡啶类离子对电极基本无干扰。
A pasty carbon electrode was prepared using pefloxacin Hg(Ⅱ) complex as electroactive material. The carbon paste was filled into a thin glass tube having its inner diameter of 2~3mm, and pressed the filled paste tightly with a glass rod. One end of the carbon paste filled glass tube was polished and the other end was led out with a thin copper wire. The prepared pasty carbon electrode will have a satisfactory viscosity and potential response when three components, i.e. carbon powder, electroactive material and liquid paraffin, had a ratio of 1∶0.13∶0 33. This new electrode showed a sensitive and linear response in the concentration range of 5.0×10 -5 to 1.2×10 -1 mol·L -1 of pefloxacin, and a detection limit of 1×10 -5 mol·L -1 . Slope of the working curve was found to be 35 8mV·p C -1 . No effect on the electrode potential was observed in the pH range of 9 to 12 and by those commonly co existing inorganic ions and pyridine. The electrode was used successively for 40 determinations in a week without renewing its surface, the relative deviations of these determinations were found to be less than 1.5%. This new electrode has been used in the analysis of pefloxacin tablets by direct potentiometry.
