摘要
目的 对某天然植物性洗洁精进行毒性研究。方法 按GB15 193 -1994《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行。结果 本品经口LD50 >2 0g/kg ,属无毒级 :未见有致突变作用 ;3 0d喂养试验显示对动物体重、血常规及肝、肾功能等无明显影响 ;病理学检查结果显示对肾、睾丸组织细胞有轻度毒性作用。结论 该天然植物性洗洁精是一种基本无毒的产品 ,但对肾、睾丸组织的损害作用有待作进一步的毒性研究。
Objective To study the toxic effects of a natural botanic detergent.Methods Based on GB15193-1994 Procedures and Methods for Toxicological Assessment on Food Safety , the study was performed. Results Under the condition of the experiment, the oral median lethal dose of the detergent was more than 20g/kg, and the detergent could be classfied as innoxious. The mutagenic effect of the detergent was not found in the experiment. The result of 30 days feeding test showed that the indices detected were normal, including body weight, blood regular test, liver function and kidney function etc. The pathologic examination suggested that the detergent was toxic to kidney and testicle tissue of the mice slightly.Conclusion It suggested that the natural botanic detergent could be a kind of generally innoxious detergent and was not a mutagen, but it might be toxic to kidney and testicle tissue mildly.
