摘要
目的 观察玉屏风过敏煎治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 4 0例采用玉屏风过敏煎治疗 ,对照组 4 0例口服抗组织胺药仙特敏治疗。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 95 .0 % ,对照组总有效率 80 .0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 玉屏风过敏煎治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng Guominjian decoction on chronic urticaria. Methods 80 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group (n=40) were treated with Yupingfeng Guominjian decoction;the patients in control group (n=40) were treated with cetirizine (anti histamine). The therapeutic course was 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that in control group (80.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng Guominjian decoction is effective in treating chronic urticaria.
