摘要
综合考虑了降水量及气温等气象要素 ,确定了旱涝年景评价指标。根据旱涝评价指标 ,分析了江苏省淮北、江淮之间、苏南等地区及全省近 4 0多年来的旱涝变化状况。在此基础上 ,建立了适用于近年的农田灌溉用水量的数学评估模型 ,该模型从江苏省农作物实际种植情况出发 ,包含了稻田、旱地、菜田的灌溉用水量。模型应用结果表明 ,评估结果与农田实际灌溉用水量比较接近。
Some meteorological elements, such as rainfall and air temperature, are taken into account synthetically and a set of indexes for assessing droughts and floods are developed in this paper. In terms of these assessing indexes, the changes of droughts and floods in Huai bei,Jiang huai and Su nan areas in Jiangsu province during the last 40 years are analyzed and a mathematical model for estimating irrigating water requirement on farmland was developed. The model is available for paddy rice, vegetable crops and other field grain crops. Practical assessing and estimating results showed that the model is reliable.
