摘要
【目的】观察升降胶囊治疗功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚证的疗效。【方法】将101例功能性消化不良(FD)肝部脾虚证患者随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(50例)。采用双盲法治疗,治疗组服用自拟升降胶囊,对照组服用吗丁啉和淀粉混合胶囊(外观与升降胶囊相同),每次5粒,每天3次,疗程均为4周。【结果】治疗组的疾病治愈率及肝郁脾虚证治愈率分别为37.3％和45.1％,而对照组分别为16.0％和18.0％(两组比较,均P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后胃排空率及正常胃电百分率均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。【结论】具健脾疏肝,升清降浊作用的升降胶囊对肝郁脾虚证的FD疗效优于吗丁啉。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Shengjiang Capsule (SC) in treating functional dyspepsia (FD) with liver-depression and spleen-deficiency (LDSD) syndrome. [Methods] One hundred and one cases of FD with LDSD syndrome were randomized into Group A (n = 51) and Group B ( n = 50). Group A was treated with SC and Group B with mixture of motilium and starch (similar to SC in appearance), 5 capsules each time, tid, for 4 weeks. [Results] The cure rate and symptom-relief rate were 37.3% and 45.1% in Group A and 16.0% and 18.0% in Group B respectively. The differences were significant between the two groups (P < 0.01). Gastric-emptying rate and the percentage of normal electrogastrograms in Group A were higher than those in Group B (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] SC, which has the actions of strengthening spleen and soothing liver, ascending lucid yang and descending turbid qi, has a better effect than motilium in treating FD with LDSD syndrome.
