摘要
本文阐述了依法治校和以德治校对高等学校,特别是对民办高等学校的发展和育人的重要作用,并就《民办教育促进法》的颁布实施,谈该法对民办院校发展的重要意义。
The important role of college administration with law and moral, especially for private college development and training students, is discussed in the paper, and the significance of private education stimulating law ordination & implementation for private colleges?development is also discussed.
