Study on the Antibacterial Experiment of Chinese Dongzao Jujube Black Rot

摘要 冬枣黑腐病为冬枣果实在贮藏中发现的主要病害,本研究表明其主要病原菌为链格孢[Alternaria alternata(Fr.)keissler]、实腐茎点霉(Phoma destractiva plowr)以及壳梭孢属的Fusicoccum sp.。此三种病原菌可以单独或混合侵染。本试验通过抑茵圈法,用六种抑菌剂对黑腐病混合茵进行抑茵试验,结果表明,戴挫霉、科博、喷克、恩威植物提取液在试验的浓度下对该菌都有明显的抑茵作用,而必备、亚硫酸氢钠在该试验浓度下对该菌没有作用。 The Chinese jujube black rot is the major disease that appear in the storage of Chinese jujube fruit. The experiments showed that the main pathogens of Chinese Dongzao Jujube fruit were Alternaria alternata (Fr.) keissler、 Phoma de-stractiva plowr and Fusicoccum sp., those infected jujube fruits together or by one of them alone.The antibacterial experiment of the commixture fungus was proceeded by antibacterial loop with six antibacterial agents in this experiment. The results showed that Deceoil, Cuprofix, Penncoceb and the extract of plant obviously inhibited the growth of fungi in the experimental concentration, while Boullie Bordelaise RSR and NaHSO3 had no effect on the fungi.
