摘要
乡镇企业治理结构创新要明确“一个前提,两个关键”。一个前提:必须以产权的变革为前提;两个关键:一是克服经营者持大股与经营机制创新的矛盾,二是切实解决法人治理结构建设滞后问题。
There is 'one precondition and two keys' to be clarified in structural innovation of township enterprise management. One precondition is property right reform; two keys are : one is to overcome the contradictions between the manager’s lion share and the innovation of managerial system and the other is to solve the problem of legal person’s managerial structure lagging behind.
