摘要
本文以营造我国企业家职业化良好的社会氛围为切入点,分别从企业家形成的竞争机制与选拔及培养机制、激励机制、约束机制等方面,研究探讨构建我国企业家职业化形成机制的相关对策与建议。
The paper discusses and studies the related countermeasures and proposals for constructing the formalizing system of entrepreneur professionalization in our coutry in view of competitive, selective stimulative and restrictive systems of entrepreneur formation.
