摘要
昆仑山隧道全长1686m,位于海拔4600m以上,施工采用的关键技术有:高原、冻土隧道施工机械配套技术;施工通风技术;冻土湿喷混凝土支护技术;隧道仰拱作业桥技术;低温条件下防排水结构和隔热保温层施工技术;低温早强耐久砼技术;低温注浆堵水技术;隧道供氧及健康监测技术等。这些关键技术解决了高原、冻土隧道的施工困难问题。
The whole length of Kunlunshan tunnel is 1 686 m.It lies at the altitude of mor e than 4 600 m. The key technologies used include the associated technology of the plateau frozen soil tunnel construction machinery, construction ventilation technology, wet concrete shot technology, hygraulic pressure inverted arch bridg e technology, low temperature construction technology of water insulation and dr aindge and heat insalation layer, low-temperature early curing and holding conc rete technology,low-temperature concrete teeding and stop leakage technology;an d oxygen supply in tunnel and worker′s health supervision technology.Beating an d feeding concrete, measures of ensuring person′s safety under chilliness and l ack of oxygen condition. These key technologies solve the difficultissue of plat eau frozen soil tunnel construction.
