摘要
用13个玉米自交系按8×5不完全双列杂交配成40个组合,对其子粒产量等12个农艺性状的配合力进行了研究。结果表明一般配合力高的玉米自交系是2321、212B、4H-1B3、5H-113和Y137。特殊配合力高的是Y137×5H-113、蒙系×H3-1A、T123×5H-113、2321×212B和9921×5H-1A1五个组合。出籽率等8个性状受加性基因效应的作用大。在育种工作中,玉米的生育期等8个性状应早代选择,而对子粒产量等4个性状应进行晚代选择。
By using the thirteen inbred lines of maize,40crosses were made according to incomplete diallel crosses of8×5,twelve agronomic characters,such as the combining ability of grain yield etc.The result indicated that2321、212B、4H-1B3、5H-113and Y137had higher GCA.Y137×5H-113、Monxi×H3-1A、T123×5H-113、2321×212B and9921×5H-1A1etc.had higher SCA.Produced grain percentage etc.eight characters are mainly controlled by additive gene action.In maize breeding,mature period etc.eight characters of maize must be selected in early generation,and grain yield etc.four characters must be selected in later generation.
