摘要
本文讨论了应用数据包络分析方法对教师的教学效果进行评价的问题。文中指出,将教师所教班级的学生成绩直接作为教学效果评价指标的这一传统做法存在着无法消除初始条件差异的缺点。为此,本文将用于评价管理有效性的DEA二次相对效益值法引入到教学效果的评价中,并结合一个实例进行了讨论。
The score of students in certain classes was usually taken as an indicator for teachers' teaching achievement in traditional method of Educational evaluation. But the score include not only the effect of teaching but also the initial condition of the class. This traditional evaluation method mixed both the achievement of teachers and the initial conditions of students, so it may inevitable cause misleading. Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method provide a possibility for eliminate the initial differences of the classes. Amethod based on DEA was introduced for teaching achievement evaluation in this paper.
