摘要
针对以Z80单板机或51系列单片机作为控制系统的经济型数控线切割机床,介绍了一种以PC微机为控制系统的简易改造方法及软硬件系统。该系统可以充分利用现有PC微机的软硬件资源,可在系统上进行CAD造型、刀具走刀轨迹定义、数控指令生成等作业,易于实现CAD/CAM集成。
In the past, the most of economic numeric controlling line-cutting machine tool are based on Z80 or 51 single chip. A simple reform method and soft-hardware system based on personal computer are introduced in this paper. The system can make full use of personal computer resources, and it can model with CAD, define the track of cutter, produce numeric control instructions, and make CAD/CAM integration into reality.
