摘要
体育锻炼对大学生的心理健康有积极的影响,对调节和缓解大学生因学习负担过重而造成的心理压力有良好的效果.本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计法,对安徽、河南两省的3所高等院校的733名在校大学生进行了研究,对经常参加体育锻炼的大学生与全国常模、高等学院进行了比较,另外还研究了运动量对心理健康的影响,证明体育锻炼对提高大学生的心理健康水平确有很好的帮助.
Physical training plays a positive role on the mental health of colle ge students and that exercises can help to regulate and relieve the psychologica l pressure caused by the academic burden. This paper studies 733 college student s of three colleges in Anhui and Henan provinces through questionnaire and data analysis, compares with the standard pattern of national colleges and investigat es the effect of work output on mental health of college students. The result sh ows that the psychological health of college students who frequently taking part in physical exercises are higher than those who could not persist in exercises
