摘要
对史氏鲟等4种鲟鱼在贵州山区进行了两年的养殖试验研究,试验结果表明,未转食的鲟鱼转食率63.6%,已转食的鲟鱼成活率89.5%,平均尾重705g,单产4.34kg/m2,饵料系数1.27,总投入156769.0元,总收入289670.0元,毛利132908.0元,投入产出比1∶1.85,成本54.1元/kg。
Four sturgeon varieties for the experimental culture were conducted in mountainous areas of Guizhou province for two years. The results showed that 63.6% of sturgeon were trained from feeding natural food to acceping manufactured foods in the juvenile stage, the survival rate of these sturgeons was 89.5%, the mean weight per sturgeon was 705g, the yield per unit area was 4.34kg/m2 and the food conversion efficiency was 1.27. The total cost of investment was 156769.0 yuan, the total income was 289670.0 yuan, the gross profit was 132980.0 yuan, the ratio between investment and output was 1∶1.85, the cost was 54.1 yuan/kg.
