摘要
对水稻原始材料ParpteCknck进行了多年多代改良,育成综合性状优良、育性转换明显的隐性紫叶两用核不育系99H114紫S和一批农艺性状优良、株高适中、抗病性强、品质优良的隐性紫叶水稻株系。对隐性紫叶两系核不育系99H114紫S的应用前景与隐性紫叶株系的进一步利用进行了探讨,提出在水稻杂种优势利用中,将隐性紫叶性状导入不育系,籍标记性状可在实验室或秧田期对假杂种作出有效的判别和剔除,以克服两系法杂交水稻不育系育性波动的障碍,用实验室或本地苗期鉴定代替杂交稻种子纯度的南繁鉴定,提高杂交水稻生产用种纯度;对结实良好、综合性状优良的紫叶株系,在旅游区进行合理布局,可作为观赏稻栽培。
99H114Zhi S, a dualpurpose male sterile line with the excellent synthetic characters and obvious fertility change, and a series of recessive purple rice line with the good agronomical character, moderate plant height, strong resistance and good quality are bred from Parpte Cknck for many years. The further utilization of these lines is discussed and the 'recessive purple leaf character' can be used as a marker in rice hybrid vigor utilization at the same time.
