摘要
家蚕一代杂交种成品卵微粒子病检验技术,作为成品卵质量检验的备检项目,对防止有毒不合格蚕种流入市场起到了积极作用。但迄今未见到运用该技术进行病卵检出度的相关报道。本试验按照该技术进行了成品卵微粒子孢子检出度的研究。试验结果表明:按该方法操作,样品中微粒子孢子虫数目低于3×103个时,镜检到孢子的概率接近于0;当样品中微粒子虫数目等于或大于1×104个时,镜检到孢子的概率为1。
The pebrine detective technology for finished product of Silkworm(Bombyx mori)hy-brids,as an alternative method for quality inspection in silkworm eggs,had played an important role in preventing the distribution of pebrine spores(Nosema Bombyx)contaminated eggs into market.The detective rate of microsporidicans by this technology was studied in the gradient concentration of microporicans by1×10 3 ,3×10 3 ,5×10 3 ,7×10 3 ,9×10 3 ,1×10 4 ,2×10 4 ,3×10 4 ,5×10 4 ,7×10 4 ,9×10 4 ,1×10 5 ,2×10 5 ,3×10 5 in the present research,results showed that the de-tected probability is nearly0when the number of pebrine spore is under3×10 3 and the probability is1when the number of pebrine spore is1×10 4 or higher.
