摘要
用不同浓度的丁香酚对体质量为115~175g的黄腊鯵(Trachinotus blochii)麻醉处理15 min,每1分钟测定容器内的氧饱和度1次。实验结果表明,黄腊?的耗氧率明显地受到丁香酚的影响,在各处理组中以10×10^(-6)浓度组的耗氧率为最低(0.33 mg/(g·h)),5×10^(-6)浓度组次之(0.42mg/(g·h)),而对照组则较高(0.57 mg/(g·h))。同时实验还表明经丁香酚麻醉处理的黄腊鯵鳃活动频率显著地比对照组低。此结果表明了在施用麻醉剂以后,鱼体的活动及对氧气的消耗有明显的下降,丁香酚可以作为活鱼运输过程中有效的麻醉剂。
To estimate the effects of Eugenol on the oxygen consumption rates of white pomfretCTrarfonotas blochii) in this research, two treatments ( 5 x 10-6and 10 x 10 6 of Eugenol concentration) and one control group were tested. The results of the experiment showed that there were significant differences between anesthetic and control groups, and the lowest oxygen consumption rate appeared in the 10 X 10 ~6 group that was 0. 33 mg/(g h). It was 0. 42 mg/(g h) of the 5 x 10 -6 group. And the oxygen consumption rates of the two groups were lower than that of the control group which was 0.57 mg/(g h) . Study also showed that gill movement frequency of the treatment groups was much lower than that of the control group. Those results will be useful to the long distance transportation of live fish.
