论述全员激励、全程激励、全体激励和全面激励等几种全新激励模式,指出在实施激励时应该注意的几个问题。
Motivation is the core of modern library management. The full use of motivation mechnism can arouse librarians' activity and creativity . This paper puts forwards some new motivation modes and points out some questions worth notice when motivation is put into practice.
