摘要
阐述了芝麻素的主要来源 ,开发的意义 ,芝麻素的研究现状 ,存在问题及其发展趋势。并认为芝麻素的产业化在我国具有可行性。
The main source of sesamin is introduced and the importance of research and development of sesamin were illuminated from both physiological function and rural economics.The shortcomings existing in the recent research are pointed and proposals for future are made.
