摘要
介绍了金陵分公司重油催化裂化装置油浆循环系统换热设备应用超声波防除垢技术工业试验的情况。由油浆循环系统积垢成因及对垢物分析,简述了超声波防除垢的作用机理。工业试验表明:重油催化裂化装置油浆循环系统应用超声波防除垢技术是可行的,除垢设备本体能够满足在线运行工况的要求;向换热器管程油浆(约350℃)辐射超声波能量,壳程介质进出口温差提高了3~5℃,总传热系数曲线呈波浪状变化,除垢器连续运行6个月,油浆循环系统畅通无阻。
The industrial test of using ultrasonic antifouling technique on the slurry heat exchanger of the resid FCCU in Jinling Petrochemical Company is presented. Based on the formation and analysis of the fouling, the working principle of antifouling is described in short. The test showed that the technique was feasible, and the ultrasonic apparatus could meet the needs of operating conditions on line. The inlet-outlet fluid temperature difference of the exchanger shell side was increased by 3 - 5℃ during the ultrasonic apparatus radiated energy to the 350℃ slurry in the tube pass. The overall heat exchange coefficient curved and waved. The antifouling apparatus was continuously run for six months, and the slurry circulating system was unblocked and expedited.
